I’m very angry now. I hate the receptionist at my company, she seem like unprofessional and low quality employee. I told my college, if I’m boss, I definitely will fire this person without giving any reason, and ask her go back and think deeper why she get fired.

The situation is like this, every time she knows my college not in his/her place, she will not bother and straight away pass the customer phone call to them. The problem is when my college not around, I have to pick the phone call and tell the customers that my college is not around. (Actually we are sharing the same phone extension) I was thinking that why she cannot talk to these customers and ask them to leave a message or something else.

What she is actually doing in front of the main door? Watching people walk here and there beside take the phone call? This simple thing also cannot do properly, what else she can do, really make me feel like want to kill her.

This is not the first time, I have told her, even scold her many times, she also repeat the same thing. *haiz* I guarantee her cannot find a better job other than working as receptionist.
