I have called the TM customer care to check the status of my request of changing old streamyx phone number to new phone number, unfortunately they cannot help me, they only ask me to work in to nearest TM Point to check the status. I’m quite lazy to work in to TM Point so I have asked the customer care contact number last time. At that time they have provided me the contact number but I have tried to contact them for more than 10 times, very sad to say that there is no anybody to pick up the phone. Luckily I check with TM center, they told me that this is fax number. WTF, give me wrong number?! Are they ask me don’t disturb them? MCB!!
