I have called Public bank to check whether the Public Mutual has credit my commission to my savings account.
The first time I called them, their staff kept passing my line from one to another, and then cut off my line. After that I called again, another staff listen to my phone and helped to check, but I don’t know why she also cut off my line, the problem is I haven’t finish of checking my transaction.
I was so angry about this and the third time I call them, I straight away scold whoever pick my phone. The guy who picked my phone said sorry to me and helped to check on the spot. You see, all these staffs really need to scold, if not they cannot do their work properly.
