My credit card has been broken and I went to credit card center to request for the card replacement, their staff told me that it will take 1 week time for the completion, but I already wait about 2 weeks, my credit card not available yet. I called their brand to ask, but their staff asked me to call main center to ask for the status. What the fuck! I was thinking that their staff should service me and give me the answer, but ask me call to main center, shit her!
