Predict Your Google Page Rank (PR)
The update of Google Page Rank (PR) for first quarter is in end of April 2007, perhaps the second quarter will be in August, I think be soon we will get the new update of Google Page Rank (PR). Everybody is busy building their inbound and back links to improve their Page Rank (PR), you can see that many bloggers keep tagging me recently.
If you cannot wait for the update of Google Page Rank (PR), perhaps you can use Page Rank (PR) prediction tool to check your PR for the next round of update. I cannot guarantee it is 100% accurate, anyway my blog vivivava.com is predicted will get PR5 for the next update. I’m not sure how true it is, hopefully I can PR5 for the next round of update, it really helps me to make more money online.

Don’t be so serious for the predicted Page Rank (PR) result, the more you expect the more you will disappointed if you can’t expect get the predicted PR result later. I wish you luck and happy blogging!

The more backlinks the better but as the old adage goes quality beats quantity. You want backlinks preferably from sites with a pagerank higher than yours. It also helps tremendously when your backlinks are from various IP’s, the more varied the better. A good example would be 100 backlinks all from seperate IP’s as opposed to 1000 backlinks all from the same IP.

I agree, you need to have quality backlinks to get a good pr, that said, don’t be to quick to say no to lesser valued backlinks as they might increase in value over time, which will do you good in the long run (link age + pr value).
I’m not so sure about IP variation, you just cannot control where other host their site. I would not be bothered by it. Chances that you have a dozen sites on the same IP range linking to you are slim.
