		<description>I agree, you need to have quality backlinks to get a good pr, that said, don't be to quick to say no to lesser valued backlinks as they might increase in value over time, which will do you good in the long run (link age + pr value).

I'm not so sure about IP variation, you just cannot control where other host their site. I would not be bothered by it.  Chances that you have a dozen sites on the same IP range linking to you are slim.</description>
