Last month I went to Kuala Lumpur to attend the interview for the job position of Web Developer or Programmer. I know I have only have knowledge of some programming but I don’t have working experience in related field. The interviewer told me that he want to look for worker who know well in programming, and he already interviewed more than 300 job seekers. I was thinking how hard you find the expert programmer, but he or she will not work with you whole life, right? What for make himself so difficult wor!
