I and my friends have opened a shop and this business was running smoothly but the management style was terrible. The working hours are not fixed and we are working more than 10 hours everyday. We actually do not know that whether we can rest for one day per week or not. Now my friend already sick because too tired, honestly speaking I also cannot afford to work such long time although this is part of our business.
