My Customer Service Better Than MayBank
I’m in charged of export market and most of the time I will email to communicate with them. My manager told me that once I receive customer’s email, I have to reply them within 2 days time. If it is not possible to reply them within this period, I must send them short email saying that I will reply them later (state the date).
This is basic customer service and I’m not talking about professional customer service. If you read my previous post about lousy customer service from MayBank, then you will know how angry I was. Can you imaging that MayBank spent 1 month time to reply their customer’s email? Are they really so busy?
