Lousy Customer Service from MayBank

27 November 2007, I have asked some questions pertaining to the MayBank credit card. 26 December 2007, nearly one month, I just received their respond on the email. We always hoping that the good customer service, but MayBank stuff delayed respond to my email for about one month’s time. I’m so angry and reply to this guy and ask him to cancel my credit card application. Taking one month to reply customer is not a right thing that we can so called lousy service.

    keeyit, this is not right! They suppose to come back with us within 2 days time. If really too busy, 1 week i also can accept. Who knows they used 1 month time, really unprofessional customer service, and even they are MAYBANK.
