Is Google Slowly Update Page Rank (PR)

I heard my friend said Google already slowly updated Page Rank (PR) in August, she said her hubby blog already got PR3 now. I’m not sure whether this is true or not because I didn’t noticed that her hubby blog is still PR0 last month. I assumed that if her hubby blog is PR0 last month, and now is PR3, then I can confirm that Google already slowly updated PR recently. We also not sure when are our turn, but I hope you can get our expected PR and good luck to you. To me, I expected my blog can get PR4 since now is PR3, but I wish I can get PR5 which I think this is not big possibility. Good luck to me too! Cheers~

    keeyit, I always expected PR4. If PR5, this is my bonus. :) If you expected too high, I will sad if you cannot get it, right? Hehe!
