I prefer to use my money to invest in unit trust rather than real estate and property because I don’t have too much money now. For the small investor like me, it is sometimes difficult to gain exposure to a particular asset class or to certain securities. For instant, I still can use my small amount of money to hold a direct investment in real estate, international securities market or corporate bonds.
