Yesterday I called TM regarding the problem of my internet connection – frequent disconnects, today they already came to fix the problem. I don’t know what the technical people done, they told me that they already reset something, I think it is port if not mistaken, at their side. They came to my house and used my laptop to test the internet connection only. I heard about many complaints about the technical support of TM, I just hope that my internet connection will OK after fixed this time.
