If You Use Microsoft Outlook, Email Cannot Send Out and Internet Connection is OK, You should Read This Post

If you have own domain and hosting, you definitely can create unlimited email accounts. Some people might use Web Mail to check their email, but the people like me like to use Microsoft Outlook to check mail. Of course if you use Microsoft Outlook then you have to manually configure the email account.

When you use Microsoft Outlook to send email, if you found that you cannot send out the email but your Internet connection is still OK. The most probably there is typo error on the email address or the email address has never existed.

I have experience for this problem because my office staffs (IT idiot) quite often disturb me when he encountered this problem. I asked to check his email address again, he always answer me that all the email addresses are correct. At the end I go to check, I found that he has wrong typed the email address. See! This stupid IT idiot always gives me trouble. I told him many times he also cannot understand what I’m trying to tell.
