It has been nearly 5 years I’m working at my current company, finally I decided to resign, and move out from hometown and go to strange place to get for another job.

I’m very happy to leave from this company, I feel light-hearted after I thrown my resign letter to my manager. Of course I know he will ask me why, initially I’m thinking to tell him everything that I dissatisfied. But after that I think this is not necessary, why should I tell him so many things? Even my boss agrees to increase triple of my current salary, I definitely will not stay to continue my works.

Can you work for the company which delays our increment for half years long? How do you feel when your family and friends ask you about the bonus when the time the company suppose to pay you, but you didn’t get it at that time? Perhaps this situation also happen to your company, but the worst thing is I cannot satisfy when I doing the works more than my colleagues but I actually get the salary lower than them. I know when we talk about salary, it will never be faired. The problem is my boss seem like pretend don’t know how to judge my salary against my works.

I know all these might be happen for another company, but I really dislike to in charge of my company system and database. In short, I dissatisfy the management skills of my manager, caused me and my colleague suffer all the time. He is good, but he too good to other staffs from other departments, he can simply ask us to help to do the works for other staffs, end of the day this work become our works. I have never seen this stupid people how to take care of their staffs in same department, he can just let other staffs from other department bully us.

Now I only know the previous manager better than this manager, I admitted I ever hate my previous manager because he is too fierce, but I think he was acted like that is good for us. But there is one thing be sure that the previous manager will take care of his staffs, he will not simply let other staffs from other departments bully us.
