I’m learning how to add addon domain name, that day I have tried but end up it failed, then I sent ticket to technical support. According to them, I may need to point corresponding DNS which must same as your main domain name. After you have successfully updated your DNS, please allow 18 to 72 hours for your new DNS name servers to be fully propagated. After the propagation period is over, you may then add the Addon Domain.
