Don’t Cancel Your Telephone Account Before One Year of Date Apply
Previously I have applied telephone line because I want to use Streamyx, unfortunately there is no streamyx port available in that area. I have asked TM customer service regarding the timeframe of the streamyx port availability, those stupid and lousy staff cannot give me the exact answer. Some say 2 week; some say 1 month; and some say don’t know, you wait ‘saja’ lah. WTF~ Then I went to cancel the telephone account, you know how much I gonna pay? RM314…. KNN. TM said once you applied, you have to use at least one month, otherwise they will charge you for the penalty. CCB!
