Disappointed with the Service Provided By My Insurance Company
I’m using auto debit by credit card to pay my premium insurance. Currently I’m using CIMB bank credit card to pay my premium but now I want to change to Hong Leong credit card. Actually I have submitted the application form for the requisition of changing CIMB credit card to Hong Leong credit card in the past 5 months ago, but until today the insurance company has never help me to fulfill my requisition. I’m quite disappointed with the service provided by my insurance company.
