I have learning how to design wordpress theme, sometimes I will refer to site like mycelly.com for the nice and free css templates before creating wordpress theme. Before proceeding further to design, I must know what is the css template should I use for my wordpress theme, whether it is 3 column, menu floating, fixed box centered or others.
