Last few days, my internet connection suddenly disconnected, no matter how many times i have tried to restart the modem for reconnecting, but I couldn’t get back the internet connection. After that, I have decided to restart the windows this time and try another times, unfortunately it still the same. After fewer times restarting windows, I couldn’t login to my windows anymore and I do not know why, perhaps my laptop is attacked by virus. I have no choice but to format the harddisk and reinstall the Windows again. No wonder my internet connection has problem in that day.

Yesterday is the last day of PC fair in Melaka, I suppose to go with my friends because they want to buy new desktop computer, but I didn’t go with them because I’m have something to do that is more important than going to PC fair. Actually I just bought new laptop last few months, I think I don’t have anything to buy at PC fair.

The service of Dell quite good and i’m very satisfied. I have puchased Dell laptop online by credit card, and they have sent the laptop to me within 5 working days, it is absolutely fast delivery without delay. After received the laptop, they also called me to check whether I already received the laptop or not. Wow Dell! Great service!

Normally if you buy new computer or laptop, you can find the additional slots for you to add additional ram. If you don’t want to spend more money to buy nearly obsolete ram in the market, make sure you add the ram when you buying new computer or laptop. Like me, I didn’t buy additional ddr1 ram when I bought my first laptop in the past 4 years, now I even pay double or triple price to buy ddr1 ram. You know why? Now most new pc use ddr2 ram, less stock for ddr1 compared to ddr2 ram, that’s why it is so expensive.

I just went back from PC shop today because I want to buy DDR1 Ram. I’m quite shocked when I get to know the price of the DDR1 Ram 1G, it cost about RM290. As for the DDR1 Ram 512mb, it cost about RM115 only. This is so much price different between DDR1 Ram 1G and 512mb, how come? RM290 is too expensive to me and I think it is not worth to spend RM290 to buy DDR1 Ram 1G, finally I have decided to purchase DDR1 Ram 512mb.

I’m waiting for the second hand ddr2 ram for my laptop, suddenly my friend said it cannot be used because after plugged in the ram into the slot, the monitor will show blue screen. So I will go to town find new ddr2 ram tomorrow, although it cost even more expensive than the ram that new laptop now, but I rather to pay this money to buy new ram because I cannot sustain the slow running of my laptop.

My old laptop run quite slow when I open too many application at the same time, this make me want to add additional RAM to my laptop. I have called computer shop to ask for the price of the RAM, it is triple expensive than DDR2 RAM because this RAM will be fade out in the market soon. I was thinking that if want to spend so much money just to add the RAM, then I better buy another new laptop soon.
