Don’t feel strange if you can’t expect the internet speed of streamyx broadband that you suppose to get which is not compatible to the streamyx package that you selected. What I mean is sometimes you will feel that the streamyx internet speed will run slow than usual speed, this situation actually happen to me few times since I’m using streamyx about 2 years.
If you face this problem, you can dial 100 to get the support of relevant department from TM. May be you can ask them help you to reset the port remotely. They will ask you to switch off the modem for 15 minutes to allow them to do some configuration at their side. In case after switch on back the modem, the streamyx speed also slow, you need to call them back and they will make a report and assign a technical person come to your area reset the port (the area is not your house).
This is my experience about how to solve the problem if you found your streamyx internet speed run slow than usual speed.
