Bad Support from Hosting Company
I very regretted to buy a hosting from my previous hosting company recently because their support is so terrible. Is it so hard to terminate my old hosting that I wish not to continue to renew it? How come they take so long time to response my ticket? I already waited a day time, sent them ticket, and called them to chase, but until now my hosting is still not terminate yet. How I recommend my friends to use the hosting company which service me like this?
