Learn how to create an ordinary twirl using filter in Photoshop CS.
1. Create a new file and choose two colors that you like.
2. Use the brush tool, draw lines as in the image as per image below.
3. Select Filter > Distort > Twirl, the twirl window will open. Give the angle settings as 999 (maximum) and click OK.
