I’m in charged of export market and most of the time I will email to communicate with them. My manager told me that once I receive customer’s email, I have to reply them within 2 days time. If it is not possible to reply them within this period, I must send them short email saying that I will reply them later (state the date).

This is basic customer service and I’m not talking about professional customer service. If you read my previous post about lousy customer service from MayBank, then you will know how angry I was. Can you imaging that MayBank spent 1 month time to reply their customer’s email? Are they really so busy?

27 November 2007, I have asked some questions pertaining to the MayBank credit card. 26 December 2007, nearly one month, I just received their respond on the email. We always hoping that the good customer service, but MayBank stuff delayed respond to my email for about one month’s time. I’m so angry and reply to this guy and ask him to cancel my credit card application. Taking one month to reply customer is not a right thing that we can so called lousy service.

Our company still has lots of stocks for personalized promotional pens, my boss asked my manager to clear this stock for the next trade show but my manager said this is only for local trade show. For the coming trade show in oversea by next year, my manager requested to purchase another new personalized promotional item due to the company reputation.

I know we can purchase Dell products online, but normally we have to pay for the delivery charges. I was thinking to buy new Dell notebook, the delivery charges for the notebook is about RM100 plus. Frankly speaking I’m not willing to pay this charges, otherwise I will buy other brand of notebook, may be HP or Toshiba.

I’m planning to purchase new notebook recently, but I’m so sure which brand is quite OK in terms of medium budget. My friends of mine told me don’t buy Acer notebook, they suggest me to purchase HP or Toshiba notebook, but I more prefer to buy Dell notebook. I’m taking time to do some survey first, I think I will buy a new one by next month.
